Celestial and Eternity (Forum Mascots)

Since the beginning of time, when the universe came into being, two universal gaurdians have sailed the sea of stars and have travelled through numerous galaxies and dimensions. Celestial and Eternity, just like the universe, have managed to live outside of the wheels of time, unaffected by its power. When the universe came into existance, along with it came these two protectors, watching over and defending all that is life.

Throughout history, Celestial and Eternity have participated in many universal events, without being acknowldged. They have affected many worlds and lives, and yet their existance has always stayed a secret....until now. Celestial and Eternity have also played major roles in many Earthly events and legends, which can be dated back further than the knowledge of even the greatest of scholars. For example, many centuries ago, a region known as the 'Ring of Fire' was undergoing extremely active volcanic activity. Unknown to man, this event could have caused the destruction of the Earth itself, however, this was not to be. Whilst passing by, Celestial and Eternity managed to subdue the eruptions and allow the Earths climate to be peaceful once again.

Another event took place during the time of the Roman Wars. As the two armies readied themselves for battle, thunder clashed wildly overhead, and the sounds of the drums of war haunted the ears of every soldier. Little did they know that this was due to the unseen appearance of the two guardians. Why did the time of the dinosaurs come to a sudden end? According to history, a meteor crash caused this calamity, or was this really so? Invisible to the human memory, at that time an immense meteor shower was speeding towards the planet which could have easily reduced the Earth to ashes. However, through the combined will of Celestial and Eternity, the meteors had been disintegrated, yet one was allowed to pass. This was becaue they didnt wish to change the fate of the world, no matter how gruesome it was to be, yet they helped life to flow on smoothly. Their influence even managed to reach deep into the far reaches of our solar system. At the beginning, Saturn was just a smooth sphere of gaseous rock, unable to rotate or inhabit any forms of life. However, Celestial and Eternity weaved a few strings of fate which are now known as the rings of Saturn. Many more appearances were made, however they would be to numerous to speak of.

These two guardians have now honoured us by becoming the mascots to this universal site. They will randomly appear in threads and posts, which will boost the moral of the members involved and let them know that the thread is going well or otherwise. Sometimes, they might appear in roleplays, however they will not affect or change the story. Celestial and Eternity will be watching over it from the sidelines, so keep an eye out and be careful. Do not expect a reply if you pm them or ask a question, for they may be occupied with watching over and protecting the universe as well as this site. Hidden within the streams of life, they shall watch over and defend the balance of life, so dont be surprised if they unexpectedly show up beside you.
